Reset a Secure Portal Password

To reset your Secure Portal account’s password, visit the portal login screen. Click on the Reset button located under the ‘Forgot your password?’ as seen below. If you do not have an account yet, and would like assistance setting one up, then please visit the registration guide.
You will be redirected to a new screen. From the newly opened reset password screen, follow the directions by entering your email address and choosing a new password. When choosing a new password, make sure to follow the password complexity rules, as shown below in the red box. As indicated by the red arrow shown below, click the Reset button once you have entered your email address and new password.
Account Change Confirmation
Once a new password has been chosen, you are show an account change confirmation screen.
Next, check your email inbox for the new password confirmation email. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes please check your SPAM/Junk folder. Specifically, the email will be entitled Entrusted Mail Notification. If after a few minutes you do not see the email in your inbox or SPAM/Junk folder, then make sure that you are a registered user.
Open the email. Inside, there will be a password reset confirmation link. Click on the link.
Activate New Password
The confirmation link opens up a new web page. To finish the password reset process, click on the Activate button, highlighted in the picture below.
After activating your new password, you will be shown a confirmation page.
You will now be able to log into the portal, allowing you to send and receive secure messages.
