User Interface

 

            New tile-based layout on the dashboard.  This brings many features closer together for easy management.


 

 

 

 

Renewals

  1. Annual customer license renewals will now be processed via the portal. Beginning at 30 days out, a customer and/or billing admin will see the Upcoming Renewal button at the top of portal. From this you can download a quote via PDF for review or go ahead and renew for another 1-year term via Net-30 or Credit Card.



 


  1. Quotes for renewal – Customer and Billing administrators can log into the portal and generate a PDF of the renewal invoice quote that can be downloaded for offline review.  This quote will state the type and quantity of licenses, the renewal date, and the total renewal cost.

 

  1. Adjustments to licensed users count.  You can continue to make modifications to your licensed users prior to actual renewal.  The following examples will demonstrate the versatility of the adjustment process.

 

  1. You purchased 12 licenses and have 12 users.  The renewal will show 12 licenses as the minimum renewal amount.

 

  1. You purchased 12 licenses, but you only have 11 users now.  Simply remove the unneeded user and then you can adjust the renewal quantity to 11.

 

  1. You purchased 12 licenses but need to add a new user as part of the renewal.  You either add the user as normal before completing the renewal process or simply change the renewal quantity to 13 licenses so you can add the new user when you are ready.

 

 

  1. Renewal Reminders - Beginning at 30 days out the designated Primary Contact, Billing Contacts, and Billing Admins will receive an email with notification of the pending renewal.  This notification will repeat every 3 days and will continue until the renewal is processed or service is canceled.

 

 

Domain Management

  1. Adding a new domain: Customer Administrators can now request to add a new domain directly from the licensing portal.  This will create a service request and we will notify you when deployment is complete and ready to accept email.

  1. DNS Health Check. You can now quickly identify your DNS records that are required and/or suggested for best email deliverability. The system checks for SPF, DKIM, and, if applicable, ZIXVPM MX records. Notes on how to resolve the potential issues are provided.

 

 


Administrators

  1. The Admin Roles help screen now provides easier visibility as to which administrator levels have which access.

  1. Last Login Report: Customer admins can now view the last login information for any single administrator or for all administrators.   Per administrator is viewable when editing the admin.  The global report is available on the main dashboard.



  1. Multi-Factor Authentication: Enhanced security is available via SMS notification and/or security questions.
    1. SMS – At login you will be sent a unique code via SMS.  You must enter this code to log onto the portal.

    2. Security Questions – A customer admin can pre-set these or the individual administrators can enable them for their own accounts.


  1. Primary Contact - An administrator can now be designated as the Primary Contact.  This is especially useful for larger customers where multiple full admins are configured.  This administrator will be the principal individual in charge of the customer’s account and will be a first point of contact for technical and/or billing matters.

 

  1. Billing Contacts - An administrator can now be designated as a Billing Contact.  These administrators will be able to process invoices and will receive a notice concerning upcoming renewal, unpaid invoices, etc.

 


Users, Groups, and Policies

Management of licenses, groups, and policies for users has been brought into this single tile.

Policies – An enhanced view showing more details of the policies configured for each group is shown.



 

Groups – A new tab on the adding of users page allows you to rename the group for easier identification. You can also view the licenses and policies applied for the group.


 

Moving User between groups – You can now easily move a user between groups by simply editing the user, changing the group assignment and clicking save.


 


Billing

The new Billing tile will list the total of open invoices and any that are past-due.

 

 

Consolidated payment and invoicing for Net-30 invoices.

 

You can now pay for multiple Net-30 invoices at the same time.  Simply check the boxes next to the invoices you wish to pay and then you can pay for all of them at once via credit card.

 

 


When paying for multiple invoices you can generate a Summarized or a Multiple Page Invoice.  The Summarized Invoice simply lists the different invoice numbers and the totals for each.  The Multiple Page Invoice generates a Summarized page and attaches copies of all the selected invoices.

 

Added filtering to see All invoices or just Unpaid invoices.


Reports

Login Audit Reports – Quickly identify which administrators have logged in and when.


Support

Support Tickets - Can now be generated from within the portal.  Simply click New Service Request, enter information about the issue, and click submit.

Company Information

 


Company Profile – Easily change your company information including billing address, primary phone number, etc.

 


Licenses - You can easily review the same License information you have been used to seeing on the dashboard.
