Configure Exchange Online with iOS (iPhone and iPad)


Instructions

Before you begin

Before setting up Exchange Online on your device, you must delete any previously existing Exchange email account:

  1. Go to Settings. In iOS 14 or higher, choose Mail and then Accounts. In iOS 13 and 12, tap Passwords & Accounts.
  2. Select the account to delete.
  3. At the bottom of the screen, select Delete Account.
  4. On the dialog box, choose Delete from my iPhone/iPad.

Setup

To set up your Exchange Online account on your iOS device:

  1. Go to Settings. In iOS 14 or higher, tap Mail and then Accounts. In iOS 13 and 12, tap Passwords & Accounts.
  2. Choose Add Account, and then Microsoft Exchange.
  3. Type your  username@epcfonline.com email address. The "Description" field defaults to "Exchange", but you may change it if you wish. Click Next.
  4. Choose Sign in; the "IU Login" screen will appear, with your username@epcfonline.com   address prepopulated. Enter your password and click Sign in.
    Note:
    If you have an issue logging in, please open a support ticket.
  5. Select Mail. If you'd like to sync any other items, select them, and then click Save.
    Note:
    The first time you add an Exchange Online account to your iOS device, you'll see a "Permissions requested" screen showing a list of the data the app will access. Tap Accept to add the account.
