Zix Datacenter Outage: February 10th : 10:15 AM ET
Zix Corp is reporting service issues with the Zix Datacenter. This outage will impact Entrustedmail customers using Zix Encryption (all Zix encryption customer worldwide).
All Zix Secure Email Portals are currently unreachable. Secure Message are being queued by our systems to be delivered once the Zix Data Center is back online.
Unfortunately, we have no other information at this time.

A number of systems require a sequential approach in order to bring them up safely which is taking more time than expected. We are still seeing issues with Link protection as well as systems requiring encryption key look up . We apologize for any inconvenience this is currently causing."
